Terms and Conditions

Reservations must be made well in advance. We recommend booking at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to ensure we can secure the necessary tours, hotels, and services for a pleasant stay in our country. Only reservations made in writing and/or through our website will be accepted.

• Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a minimum deposit (50%) of the total amount per person. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to your arrival, or as specifically agreed upon with our agents.
• Reservations made after the deadline may be subject to changes under the strict guidance of the agent.
• Please note that online reservations paid through our website are subject to additional transaction fees from the issuing and receiving banks, depending on the chosen payment method.
• Online reservations made with CREDIT and DEBIT CARDS are completely secure.

• Bank Transfer: BBVA Bank, Banco de Crédito del Perú.
• Western Union Payment: With Western Union, you can send and receive money quickly between agents and offices worldwide. Please ensure you request the "To Send Money" form and send the funds in US Dollars.
• Booking Form: With this service, you can make payments directly on our website using the IziPay platform.

• All rates are expressed in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice; however, for fully paid reservations, the initial agreed price is guaranteed.
• Rates are per person.

The agency agrees to provide clear information regarding the cancellation, modification, and refund policies applicable to each booked tour service. All requests must be made in writing via email or official customer service channels.

Refunds will be issued based on how far in advance the customer requests the cancellation:

• More than 30 days before the trip: 90% refund of the amount paid.
• Between 29 and 15 days before the trip: 50% refund.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the trip: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the trip or no-show: no refund applies.

Administrative fees and bank charges are non-refundable.

Some services may be subject to special policies from external providers and may not be refundable, including:

• Promotional airline tickets
• Special hotel rates
• Tickets to events or attractions
• Tourist services purchased at a promotional rate or discount

These conditions will be disclosed before the purchase is confirmed.

Changes to dates, destinations, names, or services are subject to availability and any penalties established by the suppliers. The agency may apply additional administrative fees.

In cases of natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other events beyond the agency’s control, each case will be evaluated in accordance with the policies of the relevant suppliers.

The agency may offer:

• rescheduling of the trip,
• credit for future use, or a partial refund as appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the payment method and applicable bank policies.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the customer and tourism service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation, etc.), so refunds will also be subject to the policies of those providers.

By making payment and confirming the reservation, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these refund terms and conditions.
