
Reservations must be made well in advance. We recommend booking at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to ensure we can secure the necessary tours, hotels, and services for a pleasant stay in our country. Only reservations made in writing and/or through our website will be accepted.
The agency agrees to provide clear information regarding the cancellation, modification, and refund policies applicable to each booked tour service. All requests must be made in writing via email or official customer service channels.

Changes to dates, destinations, names, or services are subject to availability and any penalties established by the suppliers. The agency may apply additional administrative fees.
In cases of natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other events beyond the agency’s control, each case will be evaluated in accordance with the policies of the relevant suppliers.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the payment method and applicable bank policies.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the customer and tourism service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation, etc.), so refunds will also be subject to the policies of those providers.
By making payment and confirming the reservation, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these refund terms and conditions.
