ITINERARY
Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to begin our journey through the southern Andean valleys. Along the route, you will enjoy stunning mountain landscapes, traditional villages and beautiful panoramic views.
Our first stop will be in Cusipata, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast prepared with local ingredients.
After breakfast, we continue toward the community of Palcoyo, passing through scenic roads surrounded by alpacas, llamas and colorful mountains. Upon arrival, we will begin a light hike of approximately 30 to 45 minutes, much easier than the classic Vinicunca trek.
During the walk, you will admire the famous Palcoyo Rainbow Mountains, unique geological formations and the incredible Stone Forest, located at high altitude with breathtaking panoramic views.
You will also have the opportunity to appreciate the magnificent Ausangate Mountain, the most sacred mountain in Cusco and one of the highest peaks in Peru.
After exploring the area and taking unforgettable photos, we return to Cusipata to enjoy a buffet lunch at a local tourist restaurant.
Finally, we travel back to Cusco and drop you off comfortably at your hotel in the afternoon.
